The Reds, Liverpool may loose their chance of making it to the championship league next season after shocking loss to Brentford.

The game began with an own goal from Liverpool’s defender, Ibrahima Konate. The nightmare continued as Liverpool conceded the second goal through Yoanne wisdom but was ruled out for offside.

Few minutes later, Yoanne Wissa redeemed himself by making it 2-0. This time around, the goal stood.

At the beginning of the second half, Liverpool halved the deficit but the goal was ruled out for offside. Few mins later, Alex Oxlade Chamberlain scored from a cross by Trent Alexander Arnold. Both players registered their first goal and assist of the season respectively.

But the joy was cut short when Brentford ended all dreams of a comeback by scoring again, giving Liverpool no chance of a victory, as the match added 3-1.

Giving Liverpool their fifth loss of the season.
